  Fall 2008
All Church Study
Each of the adult classes will take 4 weeks (as their schedule permits) to read and view the DVD and discuss the book Three Simple Rules: A Wesleyan Way of Living by Reuben P. Job. The book is available on Sunday mornings for $5.00. Rev. Hal will be using this book as a resource for Sunday morning messages. Our goal is to have this book in every home. This will be an excellent opportunity for us to grow and learn together!

Weekdays and Evenings

  Scripture/Sermon Roundtable

We’re making a change for Fall 2008. We'll still meet on Wednesdays, but we’d like to start at 11:00 and have you bring a bag lunch so we can all eat together. We’ll start on September 3rd. Please join us to explore the scripture for the coming Sunday.

  October Evening Study

For those who don’t have an opportunity in a Sunday school class to discuss the book the Three Simple Rules by Rueben P. Job. This is a 4-session DVD and discussion group.

Rev. Hal will be using this book as a resource for Sunday morning messages.

Faith and Fun Playgroup This group will meet on the first Wednesday of each month beginning October 1. We meet from 10-11:30. Children ages 0-5 years old are welcome with their parent(s).

Book Club Book Club is back and all are invited—meeting every other Thursday—October 2, 16, and 30 from 7-8:30 pm. Beginner’s Luck by Laura Pedersen is an irreverent look at a teenager’s struggle to “fit” in. The book is free (from the Troy Library Book Bags) and is available in the church office. Led by Elizabeth Daly and Jan Peacock.
